People that use the Norton Anti-virus software may experience problems with the (flash) banner.
If the Norton Antivirus users deactivate the ‘suppress advert’ option in the AntiSpam, they can take care of or avoid these problems.
Walk through the following steps:
1. Open Norton Internet Security
2. Click on 'Norton AntiSpam'. (of if you find the term 'Ad Blocking' on, deactivate this)
3. Click on 'Detailed status'. It will show you an overview of all the options of the AntiSpam.
4. Click on ‘Ad Blocking’ and deactivate this option.
